Le groupe Ajinomoto est un acteur majeur de l’agro-alimentaire en Asie, Amérique et Europe. Présent sur des catégories dynamiques, le groupe poursuit actuellement sa croissance en Europe en Retail et en Food Service afin de faire connaître la marque Ajinomoto et recruter de nouveaux acheteurs en GMS.

Ajinomoto Foods Europe (AFE), filiale du groupe Ajinomoto, recherche un(e) Chef de produit Marque Ajinomoto GMS France (H/F) en CDD pour une durée minimale de 6 mois à partir de mars 2025.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Marketing Retail Europe gamme asiatique, vous déployez la stratégie marketing de la marque Ajinomoto sur le circuit GMS France, au rayon surgelés. Vous travaillez sur les plans d’activation marketing afin de faire connaître et recruter de nouveaux acheteurs sur la marque Ajinomoto en GMS.
Vous recommandez et pilotez en autonomie le plan d’activation des gammes existantes et des innovations, in-store et digital.
Vous contribuez activement au développement des outils d’aide à la vente et trade marketing avec le responsable développement des ventes.
Vous êtes en charge du pilotage des projets d’innovation, en lien avec la R&D, les usines, la qualité et le commerce.
Diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac+5 en école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire en Marketing, vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste de Chef de produit sur une ou plusieurs marques de grande consommation commercialisées en GMS France.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre esprit d’initiative dans le pilotage de vos projets.
Vous savez mener opérationnellement des projets 360° en transversal auprès des différentes fonctions de l’organisation et partenaires extérieurs.
Vous maîtrisez le logiciel de panels Nielsen (idéalement) ou Circana.
Vous êtes à l’aise en Anglais.
