Aujourd'hui, nous sommes 500 collaborateurs, pour un CA de 160M.Au sein de notre pôle Immobilier & Construction, nous commercialisons des solutions d'assurance contre tous les risques destinées aux mandants (copropriétés, propriétaires bailleurs) de nos clients (syndics de copropriétés, gestionnaires locatifs).Pour poursuivre notre croissance, nous recherchons des excellents profils commerciaux BtoB avec un esprit de chasseur reconnu et ayant fait leurs preuves ðVotre terrain jeu : l'Ile-de-France Nord et intra muros Comptez donc 1 à 2 découchés par semaine. Votre rôleAu sein du pôle Immobilier et Construction (60 personnes), vous intégrerez l’équipe commerciale composée de 9 collaborateurs dédiés au marché du courtage en assurances auprès des Administrateurs de biens (syndics, gestionnaires locatifs).Le chargé de développement aura la responsabilité de développer le chiffre d’affaires auprès de prospects / clients Administrateurs de biens, Syndics de copropriétés, promoteurs (70% chasse / 30% élevage), et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la direction du pôle immobilier sous la responsabilité directe du directeur commercial.Ses actions intègrent :Générer du lead à travers la prospection téléphonique et terrain auprès d'agences immobilières ;Réaliser les découvertes commerciales (écoute des besoins clients, présentation de l'entreprise et de notre proposition de valeur) ;Créer un climat de confiance tout au long du cycle de vente ;Formaliser notre approche en corrélation avec les besoins exprimés par le client ;Réaliser la vente.Développer une approche stratégique sur son portefeuilleFidéliser un portefeuille client existantNous sommes faits pour travailler ensemble siVous validez une expérience commerciale réussie en BtoB (3 ans minimum) sur de l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes. Nous cherchons un véritable chasseur pour ce poste. ð Cette expérience peut être acquise dans la vente de services, ou d'autres secteurs. Vous êtes à l'aise sur de la vente en cycle long.
