Job Title: Key Account Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team at Cpl Healthcare. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing existing assigned accounts by understanding their business needs and issues and devising effective sales strategies to identify larger opportunities and make recommendations to drive increased account activity through phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing assigned accounts
  • Handle all aspects of the renewal process for Key Accounts, from contract and customer performance review through negotiations to closure
  • Engage with customers to build opportunities, deepening relationships through customer-facing closing activities
  • Encourage and educate customers to self-serve appropriately
  • Coordinate the involvement of internal personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to reach objectives, troubleshoot issues, and meet customers' expectations
  • Foster internal relationships with cross-functional partners in all departments

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant Account Management experience in this field
  • Willingness to travel for onsite client meetings
  • Ability to present solutions, persuade, negotiate, and close a sale
  • Knowledge/use of MS Office Tools and preferably the MS CRM system
  • Advanced digital literacy (Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • French and English language proficiency required
