- Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for an *FMEA deployment manager (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)* to join our *Department Processes Methods & Tools* in *Toulouse, France.*

- Contribute to the implementation and governance of DFMEA and PFMEA methods within Airbus functions and sites.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional FMEA workshops across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production.
- Ensure seamless closed-loop flow down from DFMEA to PFMEA and Control Plans.
- Drive the adoption and integration of FMEA software tools (Skywise & SAP S4) within Airbus functions and sites.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track risk reduction effectiveness, high-RPN mitigation velocity, and overall system maturity.
- Lead training, capability building, and communities of practice to drive continuous improvement in FMEA learning solutions and content quality.
- Contribute to the implementation and deployment of other Quality Standards according to the EN9145 standard based on business priorities.
- Your boarding pass : *
- 7+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, with at least 3 years actively facilitating and deploying DFMEA/PFMEA in high-reliability industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, or Electronics).
- Experience in performing quality assurance and proactive risk mitigation methods (DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, Problem Solving).
- Good knowledge of Quality Management System
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical subjects in a synthetic manner.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with diplomacy and to interact with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Curious, open-minded, persistent, resilient, and rigorous with project management competencies.
- Digital competencies and experience with FMEA standard softwares would be a plus.
- Language : English negotiation level.
