Nous recrutons un(e) Urbaniste & Chef(fe) de Projet SI qui doit définir, construire, maintenir et faire évoluer le cadre d’urbanisation du SI répondant aux enjeux stratégiques nationaux et régionaux de la feuille de route du numérique en santé. au pilotage des actions régionales induites par la doctrine technique (services socles, sécurité, éthique,
à la conduite de projets SI.
Rattaché au responsable de pôle technique, vos principales mission seront de :
Définir, construire, maintenir, promouvoir et faire évoluer le cadre d’urbanisation du SI répondant aux enjeux stratégiques nationaux et régionaux de la feuille de route du numérique en santé,
Contribuer à l’étude de solutions en accompagnement des équipes métier sur les pans fonctionnel, technique et architecture,
Assurer la cohérence du SI régional et des projets associés,
Contribuer aux relectures et validations d’éléments contractuels divers (expressions de besoins, marchés, modalités d’exploitation, etc.),
Réaliser une veille technique et règlementaire,
Définir et mettre en œuvre une politique de Data Gouvernance.
De formation Bac + 5 en Informatique, vous justifiez d’au moins une expérience significative sur un poste similaire.
Doté(e) de compétences solides autour de la gestion, l’urbanisation et l’architecture des SI, ainsi qu’en gestion de projet, vous faites preuve de rigueur, autonomie et initiative. La maitrise des principes d’urbanisation en santé, des cadres nationaux et des normes de sécurité et conformité est fortement souhaitée.
Poste à temps plein, à pourvoir sur Toulouse (31) ou Montpellier (34)
- Type de contrat : CDI, mise à disposition, détachement.
- Rémunération selon profil et expérience (fixe sur 12 mois + prime sur performance)
