Project Manager

As the guarantor of quality, adherence to budgets, and timelines in accordance with client specifications and schedules, the Project Manager oversees the development schedule and leads the team involved in project development from the Request For Quotation (RFQ) phase to six months after the start of mass production (Standard Operating Procedure - SOP).
Quotation Phase: Upon receiving the RFQ from the client, you will review client specifications, assess the feasibility and cost of development and production in collaboration with the Program Manager, Sales Manager, and project team members to support decision making by management.
Project Planning: Relying on the project team, you will process and transmit all necessary information to the sales department to prepare project cost estimations, determine timelines, and respond to the RFQ.
Project Development: In line with the directives established by the Program Manager and internal procedures, you will plan the various development stages of the project to meet the agreed-upon deadlines and budget.
Team Leadership: You will lead the project team by regularly communicating with team members about the project schedule, technical specifications, and client requirements, ensuring that each member completes their tasks according to internal procedures and timelines, and providing support to resolve issues.
Budget Monitoring: You will monitor the project's budget, track costs related to the project and its industrialization, identify potential risks of deviation, analyze their causes, and propose appropriate actions or alternatives to the R&D Manager.
Client Communication: You will regularly communicate with client contacts to gather necessary information, keep them informed of progress, present test results and project work, and discuss any difficulties or improvements related to the project.
