We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Technical Project Manager to lead a critical migration project aimed at consolidating our ServiceNow instances. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in ServiceNow administration, technical project management, and a proven track record in leading complex projects.

This role requires a professional who can efficiently manage the complete migration process and ensure the optimal performance of the ServiceNow platform, while effectively communicating with both French-speaking service owners and English-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Migration Planning and Execution:

- Design and implement a comprehensive migration strategy for ServiceNow instance consolidation.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, aligning them with organizational objectives.

- Oversee the entire migration project lifecycle, from planning through execution, testing, to deployment.

2. Technical Oversight:

- Provide expert technical leadership on ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and integration processes.

- Supervise the identification and resolution of any technical issues that arise during the migration.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards throughout the ServiceNow implementation and migration phases.

3. Team Management:

- Lead a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and consultants.

- Mentor and facilitate the professional growth of team members.

- Delegate tasks effectively and manage workloads to meet project milestones and deadlines.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the migration project.

- Deliver regular updates on project status, risks, and issues through formal presentations.

- Ensure effective communication channels between technical and non-technical stakeholders are established and maintained.

5. Risk Management:

- Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies to address challenges that could impact the timeline or quality of the project.

- Continuously monitor and manage project risks, escalating issues as necessary.

6. Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

- Post-migration, assess the performance of the consolidated ServiceNow instance.

- Propose and implement enhancements aimed at optimizing overall platform performance and improving user experience.
