Position title: European country based Project Delivery Manager
Location: Europe (Specific country based on business needs)
Position Overview:
As the Europe-Based Delivery Manager, you will be a key leader in our project delivery efforts across the European region. You will ensure that our projects are delivered to the highest standards while building strong collaborative relationships with clients and driving the team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the entire project delivery process, ensuring the achievement of project goals.
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, understanding, and fulfilling their needs.
- Lead and motivate the project team to ensure efficient collaboration among team members.
- Manage suppliers and contractors, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
- Monitor project risks, developing effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects adhere to best practices in health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Provide regular progress reports and key performance indicator analyses to management.
- Support business development activities, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, mechanical engineering, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of project management experience in renewable energy or related industries, with a preference for international project delivery experience.
- Familiarity with international project management standards and processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating team members.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to build relationships with teams and clients from diverse backgrounds。
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required by the job and to work in different countries and cultural environments.
