Vos missionsReporting to the Strategic Account Manager, your role is to develop sales and penetration of the Dorel Juvenile brands in France by optimizing the commercial relationship with existing regional accounts and by achieving sales objectives.Supervise, train, recruit and manage a field sales team. Unite the team around ambitious objectives in a positive work dynamic- Organize the activity of the sales representatives in order to obtain the best efficiency and customer coverage- Define and manage the qualitative and quantitative objectives in accordance with the commercial strategy, and ensure quality reporting. Votre profilWith a sales background, you have a significant experience in a sales management function as a region manager or sales manager. Having real commercial qualities, you master sales techniques as well as those of negotiation. You know how to be a force of proposal (process, sales method, change management ...), Knowledge of English is an asset to grow in this international group.
