Job Description

The Sales Country Manager is responsible for driving sustainable and healthy business growth in their country. As the ambassador of Maxi-Cosi's most meaningful brands in the juvenile industry, they are accountable for growing sales in their country. In addition, they coach their sales team to achieve their best performance. Based on the commercial strategy, they formulate an annual country growth plan with a sales budget, work independently within the frameworks of this plan, and bear ultimate responsibility for follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Sales & Account managers
  • Consult with the local Trade Marketing Manager to ensure optimal execution of trade marketing activities
  • Generate new sales with existing account base and further professionalize and intensify relationships with customers
  • Analyze and report sales results to make necessary corrections to realize turnover targets
  • Create sales conditions within set frameworks
  • Ensure connection between customers, sales, and operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or comparable
  • At least 8 years of proven successful sales experience within international BtC distribution
  • International experience and mindset
  • Strong language skills in English and local language
  • Experience in leading a sales team
