Are you passionate about the sportswear industry? Do you excel in communication and have strong argumentation skills? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for Foot Locker who is fluent in French.

Responsibilities at Teleperformance Portugal:
Provide excellent customer service with a personalized approach;
Maintain a positive brand relationship;
Seize opportunities to impress and engage customers, addressing all inquiries effectively;
Handle customer concerns regarding orders, account access, payments, and product availability.
Desired qualifications:
~ Proficiency in French and at least a B2 level of English;

~ Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms (a plus);

+1 year experience in a customer support role (preferred);
~ Strong problem-solving skills.
