Descriptif du poste Afin de poursuivre sa croissance, Posos cherche un profil Senior de Growth Manager.
En tant que Senior Growth Manager, vous serez intégré dans l’équipe Marketing de Posos et jouerez un rôle clé dans la stratégie d’acquisition et de rétention des leads. Développer et exécuter des stratégies d’acquisition de leads à travers différents canaux (SEO, SEM, campagnes payantes, réseaux sociaux, etc.).
Gérer et optimiser l’utilisation par l’équipe Sales de notre CRM (PipeDrive) pour assurer une classification précise des leads / ICP et améliorer l’efficacité des ventes.
Produire des rapports réguliers sur les KPIs et proposer des améliorations basées sur les données.
Éducation: Diplôme en Marketing, Commerce, ou domaine connexe.
Compétences Techniques: Maîtrise des outils de marketing digital (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), CRM (PipeDrive), d’automatisation (Make, Zapier) et d’analyse (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Compétences Analytiques: Capacité à analyser des données complexes et à tirer des conclusions pratiques pour améliorer les performances.
