Sunday is a FinTech startup revolutionizing restaurant payments worldwide. We're a dynamic, fast-growing company with a unique opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to drive our growth.

The Role

We're seeking a customer-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll shape the success of our business by turning customers into ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners to upsell future Sunday products
  • Be the voice of our customers internally, interacting with stakeholders to ensure we build the best product for our partners
  • Create and deliver account management playbooks to drive growth
  • Live and breathe the restaurant experience with Sunday

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or consulting
  • Fluent in French and English, with German a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead full-cycle projects
  • Customer-focused with a passion for turning prospects into customers and customers into ambassadors
