Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager , you will be pivotal in leading the development and delivery of new products. You will manage the product roadmap, prioritize key features, and ensure successful product launches while working across cross-functional teams. This role offers significant ownership over multiple products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business needs and user feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful products.
- Mentor junior product managers, ensuring alignment across multiple products.
- Drive product discovery and validation to ensure market fit.
- Innovate and continuously improve product offerings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong technical background.
- Proven experience in managing early-stage product development, ideally in SaaS or HR tech.
- Ability to handle multiple product lines and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment across time zones.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
