Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the national manager to complete the national sales target and promote the SO to achieve the goal;

# Retail Marketing Operations:

Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotions to drive product visibility and sales.
Collaborate with the sales team and retail partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, brochures, and product samples.
Coordinate with the design team to create visually compelling in-store displays and promotional materials.
# Training:

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail sales teams, focusing on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
Conduct regular training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to keep sales teams updated on new product launches and promotional activities.
Develop training materials such as manuals, videos, and interactive modules to support ongoing education.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Serve as a product expert and point of contact for retail partners, providing ongoing support and answering any product-related questions.
Field Force Management : responsible for outsourcing organization construction, manpower planning and allocation principles, assessment and incentives, and related expense management.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of retail management experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Retail Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in retail marketing and/or sales training.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Project Management: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Strong learning ability, capability to work under pressure, and a readiness to accept challenges.
Professionalism: High level of personal integrity, good reputation, and adherence to professional ethics.
