Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en tant que Customer Manager (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse Saint Martin (Saint Martin du Touch) .
Vous rejoindrez le département « Customer Support & Services Airbus Avionics & Simulation » en charge de supporter plus de 300 clients ( Airlines, MRO, Brokers) sur les commandes de vols et radômes.
Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Mars 2025
(la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue) .
Tâches et responsabilités:
Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:
- Assurer le suivi les commandes de réparation et d’un portefeuille client
- Assurer la livraison des équipements à réparer par la station P145 dans le Snteragir avec les différents métiers impliqués dans le processus de réparation ( Key Account manager, Product Leader, Repair Technician… pour assurer la tenue du délai de réparation)
- Travailler dans une équipe multifonctionnelle ( commerciale et technique )
- Découvrir le monde du support client et les relations commerciales
Votre carte d’embarquement :
Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +3 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la Gestion de la relation client ou une discipline apparentée. Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :
- Orienté(e) résultats et axé(e) sur la satisfaction client
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Connaissance de la suites bureautique Google
- Compétences linguistiques attendues :
Anglais : intermédiaire
Français : intermédiaire

Votre candidature sera analysée par un recruteur/recruteuse dans les prochains jours. Si votre profil correspond aux pré requis, vous serez invité(e) à réaliser un entretien vidéo (~12 minutes) dont le résultat sera visionné par le recruteur/recruteuse. Si votre candidature est retenue, elle sera alors proposée au manager pour un entretien.
