Avionics Computer Architect for Future Avionics Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics Computer Architect to join our team at Airbus. As a key member of our Avionics Products Development department, you will play a crucial role in designing the future of our avionics systems.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop key technologies for future avionics products
- Participate in benchmarking with other avionics products suppliers
- Develop roadmaps for new technologies in avionics products
- Federate specialists and experts around strategic design objectives
- Design new disruptive onboard computers through definition of product requirements, animation of trade-offs, and allocation of product requirements to HW, SW, and means
- Disseminate acquired knowledge throughout Airbus
- Support the domain strategy to remain the Airbus 'Chamber of Reference'
- Strong experience in electronic devices at equipment or system level with proven experience in both hardware and software
- Experience with development such as FPGA, microprocessors, electronics boards, and embedded critical software
- Good understanding/knowledge of aeronautical stakes, such as safety, reliability, value for customers, and certification standards (e.g. ARP4754, ARP5761, DO178, DO254, DO160)
- Willingness to foster/support innovation, proposing new visions and new products
- Good analysis/synthesis skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and lead skills
- A negotiation level of French and English is required
- Attractive salary range based on the required profile: 55 to 65K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance)
