Lieu du stage : Paris (8ème)

Gratification : jusqu’à 1400 euros bruts mensuels (selon niveau d’études)

MISSION DU DEPARTEMENT


L’équipe des projets architecturaux Corporate évalue les besoins en aménagement d’espaces de travail pour les équipes de la Maison sur un scope Monde, supervise l’affectation des budgets connexes et assiste les équipes locales dans la réalisation de leurs projets.


En étroite collaboration avec les équipes locales Store Design and Planning et les équipes Richemont Real Estate, le département veille à ce que tous les projets soient livrés à temps, au coût attendu et avec la qualité requise.


Il est également directement en charge des projets d’expansion et de rénovation des sièges centraux (Paris et Genève) ainsi que des bureaux des manufactures.
 

 

DESCRIPTION DES MISSIONS


Pour soutenir l’équipe, nous recherchons un Office Project Analyst dont la principale responsabilité sera de faire évoluer et d’animer la solution numérique sur mesure mise en place pour partager des informations avec nos différentes audiences.

Il/Elle mènera cette mission selon les principes suivants : réactivité, orientation client interne, approche de résolution de problèmes de manière reproductible et évolutive.

Sous la responsabilité de votre référent, vous contribuerez aux missions suivantes :


Gestion et analyse des données :

• Maintenir la base de données des bureaux (caractéristiques, conditions de bail, Capex...)
• Comprendre les besoins des clients internes et les traduire en spécifications techniques
• Améliorer les tableaux de bord proposés, avec des vues agrégées et détaillées, des informations qualitatives et quantitatives
 

Plateforme de partage :
Avec le soutien de l’équipe numérique, animer un portail de partage d’information avec nos différentes audiences :

• Cartes d’identification des projets Monde pour les audiences internes à Cartier (HQ et local)
• Formulaires de collecte de données avec les équipes locales
• Espace collaboratif avec les équipes Richemont Real Estate, …
 

Analyses ad-hoc & insights:

• Soutien opérationnel : assister l’équipe dans différents projets ou présentations
• Stratégie Workplace : effectuer une veille sur les informations pertinentes partagées par les principaux intervenants dans le domaine (nouvelles, études) et rédiger des rapports de synthèse

 

PROFIL RECHERCHE

• Etudiant(e) en école d’ingénierie, de commerce ou équivalent, vous préparez un Master 1 ou un Master 2.

• Expérience dans un rôle d’analyste - conception de base de données et de tableaux de bord (PowerBI)

• Expérience de la suite MS Office (SharePoint est un plus)

• Organisation, proactivité et recherche de solutions

• Bonnes qualités interpersonnelles - capacité à développer et à entretenir des relations de collaboration

• Bonne maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais
