Job Description

Position reports to: Global Partner Leader (Capgemini)

At ServiceNow, we are creating a vibrant, world-class Global Partner and Channels (GPC) organization to enable and accelerate growth to $20B+. ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Seller (GPS) to join our growing global team managing Capgemini.

The GPS role will be global in scope, with a heavy emphasis on growing EMEA, This position is a high-profile sales role that demands an extremely motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, communications and organizational skills. This role will be focused on creating, qualifying, and driving net new revenue and sourced opportunities. A hunter mentality is required. This qualified individual will join a world class team of global and regional partner managers to drive the unified partnership program to achieve license adoption and revenue growth and enhance our ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Critical to this role:

· Achieve Net New sales quotas for allocated Capgemini Account on a quarterly and annual basis.

· Ability to quickly understand and grasp Capgemini’s go to market strategy, or a deep understanding of another larger system integrator.

· Develop a sales strategy for co-create opportunities; inclusive of a resell strategy that will drive Net New and Sourced revenue with Capgemini.

· Relationship management to align Capgemini’s sales teams and Service Now field teams.

· Prospect qualification, development and execution of new sales opportunities of ongoing revenue streams

· Tailoring the ServiceNow value proposition to Capgemini prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers.

· Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure.

· Collaborate with Global Partner Technology Specialist where appropriate and account Solution Consultants as needed.

· Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive additional revenue streams.

· Being the trusted advisor to the Capgemini team by understanding their existing and future road map to drive ServiceNow solutions within individual organizations and the marketplace.

· Educate Field AEs on differentiation of partnership so they can provide more informed decisions to customers.

· Building and maintaining relationships with ServiceNow Field teams & their accounts to expand & drive net new revenue in partnership with Capgemini.

· Building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

· Demonstrable track record of consistent quota attainment & over achievement on sales targets.

· Ability to speak French or understand French culture would be an asset, yet business language English.

· Ability to manage complex global organization with multiple dimensions.

· Previous sales experience with software sales organization managing multi-million-dollar deals.

· Demonstrable track record of displacing complex or legacy software.

· Previous SaaS sales experience highly desirable.

· Commercially astute, experience in developing business case and ROI together with Capgemini's personnel.

· Ability to articulate the value of solutions to Capgemini and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity.

· Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both Capgemini organizations, including C-level, internally across their business, as well as internal ServiceNow Sales teams.

· Degree educated or equivalent experience.

· Is goal-oriented and confident, with aptitude and desire to work with a high-performing team. This individual must demonstrate an ability to operate in a highly collaborative environment and fosters a “win as a team” environment.
