Nous recherchons un développeur backend senior passionné par la construction de services backend évolutifs et performants. 

Le candidat idéal aura une grande expérience de Python et une compréhension approfondie des technologies backend. En tant que développeur backend senior, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la conception, le développement et la maintenance de nos systèmes backend, en veillant à ce qu'ils répondent aux normes les plus strictes en matière de fiabilité et de performance.

Tes principales responsabilités :
Concevoir, développer et maintenir des systèmes backend en utilisant Python.Collaborer avec les développeurs frontaux, le chef de produit et d'autres parties prenantes pour fournir des solutions logicielles de haute qualité.Suivre les directives et les conseils du Tech Lead.Fournir un retour d'information au responsable de l'ingénierie concernant les processus et le travail quotidien.Rédiger un code propre, maintenable et efficace.Assurer l'évolutivité et la fiabilité des services backend.Optimiser les performances des applications et résoudre les problèmes.Mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité et de protection des données.Encadrer les développeurs juniors et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus de développement.Participer aux revues de code et fournir un retour d'information constructif.Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et technologies du secteur.

Profil recherché : Au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire dont 3 ans prouvés avec des frameworks tels que Django, Flask, ou FastAPI.Solide compréhension des API RESTful et des services web.Expérience avec des technologies de base de données telles que PostgreSQL, MySQL ou MongoDB.Familiarité avec les plateformes cloud (AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud).Connaissance des technologies de conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes).Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et souci du détail.Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de travail en équipe.Expérience des systèmes de contrôle de version (Git).Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.


Nice to have:Experience avec micro-services architecture.Connaissances en CI/CD pipelines et les pratiques DevOps.Familiarité avec la programmation asynchrone et les files d'attente de tâches (Celery, RabbitMQ).Expérience avec des framework de test (pytest, unittest).Ce que nous t’offrons :
