Vous interviendrez sur le site client situé dans la région des Yvelines.
Vos missions quotidiennes seront les suivantes :
• Gestion des actifs :
- Prévoir et coordonner les inventaires matériels et logiciels au sein de l'organisation (recensement et analyse des contrats et des licences/maintenances acquis y compris services cloud ; Inventaires des déploiements logiciels en cohérence avec les besoins et les projets).
- Collecter, vérifier et centraliser les données d'inventaires en s'appuyant sur la solution logicielle SAM (Software Asset Management).
- Garantir l'application des processus de gestion du cycle de vie des actifs informatiques pour le maintien du référentiel CMDB.
Mise en conformité :
- Analyser les écarts de conformité des logiciels : vérifier que les installations et les usages sont conformes aux droits acquis, aux contrats et aux règles de licensing des éditeurs.
- Gérer les audits fournisseurs.
- Gérer et administrer en direct certains contrats éditeurs majeurs.
- Evaluer les écarts et les risques et proposer des plans d'actions en lien avec les équipes IT.
- Réaliser la veille sur les modalités de licensing des éditeurs.
• Force de propositions :
- Proposer des axes d'amélioration (rationalisation, harmonisation, robustification) sur l'ensemble des assets afin d'éviter une sur ou sous exploitation.
- Coordonner le processus de gestion de l'obsolescence en lien avec les équipes IT pour réduire la dette technique.
- Evaluer les gains/coûts associés à ces optimisations ainsi que leurs impacts.
- Négocier ou contribuer à la rédaction des contrats et/ou clauses contractuelles avec les éditeurs, en support à la direction des achats.
• Gestion des configurations :
- Appliquer le processus de gestion des configurations comme défini par le propriétaire du processus.
- Respecter et faire respecter les procédures opérationnelles pour garantir la fiabilité des configurations dans la CMDB.
- Être l'interface avec les autres processus et/ou fonctions métier pour garantir qu'ils peuvent tirer parti des avantages fournis par le processus de gestion de la configuration.
- Maintenir le niveau d'information et de formation des propriétaires et utilisateurs de CI.
- Assurer le niveau de sécurité et d'accès aux données de la CMDB.
