- Monitoring and assessing project advancement,

A minimum educational qualification of Bac +4, ideally in information technology management or from an engineering background, particularly in IT or telecommunications.
Demonstrated professional experience of at least 5 years in information systems and project oversight.
In-depth understanding of hospital information systems (SI), system architecture, databases, as well as IT security standards and related procedures is essential.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including PMO software (such as MS Project), modeling techniques (like UML, Merise, Agile), and quality management approaches.
