Sous la responsabilité du Purchasing Global Category Manager Transport & Logistics, Roquette souhaite renforcer les effectifs de son équipe global achat Transport & Logistics, par le recrutement d’un Purchasing Category Specialist.
En lien avec la Direction Globale de la Supply Chain et les équipes Achats locales des différentes entités du groupe, vous êtes un contributeur clé pour le développement et le déploiement de la stratégie achats de cette catégorie, au travers de projets d’achats ou par la mise en place de contrats cadre globaux dans les différents domaines :
Transport sur ventes et de nos matières premières (route / Rail / Maritime / Aérien)
Prestations de services logistiques (entreposage / Craquage / Reconditionnement / Travail à façon)
L’ensemble de cette catégorie achat représentant un total de plus de 400M€ par an.
Expert de votre métier (achat et Transport/Logistique), vous partez :
d’une analyse précise du besoin et de son champ d’application (Site/ Pays / global),
d’une analyse des structures de coûts fournisseurs,
de la prise en compte des contraintes normatives,
de l’analyse de la prévention des risques (techniques, financiers, humains, réglementaires,..),
afin de proposer les solutions les plus adéquates à l’optimisation de la performance financière et qualitative de cette catégorie.
Vous contribuez activement à l’amélioration de la performance globale Achats:
En identifiant les bonnes pratiques Achats pour en nourrir la stratégie et les processus communs sur cette catégorie – dans un esprit d’amélioration continue.
En vous appuyant sur des méthodologies éprouvées en management de projets achats (Lean, PERT, 6-Sigma,..) et en apportant votre expérience sur les projets spécifiques (Mise en place d’un nouvel ERP, externalisation d’espace d’entreposage, développement de transports multimodaux,…).
En pilotant la contractualisation.
En assurant une analyse fine des dépenses ainsi qu’une analyse mondiale des marchés (tendances, opportunités/menaces, veille fournisseurs)
En pilotant la performance des fournisseurs et en mesurant la performance achat réalisée, suivi des recommandations ad-hoc.
En construisant des reportings pertinents et réguliers sur votre périmètre d’activité.
En implémentant les plans d'action achats sur votre périmètre en impliquant tous les acteurs concernés (internes/externes),
En accompagnant l’ensemble de la Supply Chain en apportant de la valeur ajoutée sur les aspects qualitatifs et économiques tout en assurant un accompagnement transverse auprès des acheteurs locaux dans le respect des bonnes pratiques (Excellences achats et opérationnelles) en vigueur chez Roquette
Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous ?
De formation école d’Ingénieur ou Ecole de Commerce (Master II), idéalement complétée par une spécialisation « supply chain / Transport », vous possédez impérativement une expérience confirmée dans le domaine des achats dans un contexte international,, qui vous amènera à pouvoir contractualiser au mieux des intérêts de Roquette. Une première expérience achat dans le pilotage d’une catégorie de produit un plus.
La maîtrise avancée des outils bureautiques est une nécessité, une bonne connaissance de l’environnement SAP (Ariba, ..) sera pris en considération.
Disponible, rigoureux, autonome et avec un sens aigu de la qualité des services rendus à vos clients internes ; Entrepreneur et leader dans l’âme, vos qualités relationnelles et de négociation vous permettront de réussir dans cette fonction.
Vos compétences et autres qualités personnelles devront s’appliquer à l’ensemble du groupe Roquette dans le monde (USA / Brésil / Europe / Inde / Asie du Sud-Est / Chine). De fait, vous maîtrisez impérativement et parfaitement l’anglais. Une autre langue serait un plus.
