Au sein de la fonction Qualité, nous recrutons en CDI un(e) Global Customer Quality Leader. Sous la responsabilité du Global Customer Quality Manager vous serez responsable de fournir à nos clients le meilleur niveau de service attendu en termes de qualité en assurant la cohérence des réponses apportées aux demandes qualité des clients avec leurs attentes et en construisant un partenariat avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et attentes.

Pour votre portefeuille de clients, vos principales missions seront :

Recueillir les exigences (explicites et implicites)

Coordonner et/ou prendre en charge les demandes qualités (questionnaires, spécifications, quality agreement, …).

Créer et renforçer une relation qualité spécifique afin de mieux comprendre et/ou anticiper les besoins des marchés actuels mais aussi de faciliter les futurs développements.

Assurer la robustesse et la cohérence des réponses et valoriser le positionnement de Roquette.

Consolider la performance de Roquette vis-à-vis du client en organisant des revues de performance qualité et identifier les opportunités d’améliorations.

Être impliqué au cas par cas dans les audits clients (business en cours et/ou qualification).

Contribuer quand nécessaire à la communication client en supportant les équipes locales en cas de réclamations, change control, notifications clients, audits clients, …

Interagir avec le Global Account Manager ainsi qu’avec les autres départements de Roquette comme la Qualité Opérationnelle, le Contrôle Qualité et les Affaires Réglementaires afin d’assurer la mise en place des exigences/besoins.

Faire partie de l’équipe Grand compte et agir comme un acteur afin d’apporter de la valeur à l’équipe (partager les indicateurs qualité, apporter des solutions/améliorations si besoin, …)

Être actif dans le développement du business plan et supporter les équipes des sites de fabrication et les équipes projets dans la qualification des clients incluant l’audit, la validation de la qualité du produit, …

Vous contribuerez également :

À développer et à ancrer la Culture Qualité Client en développant des communications internes (articles, événements, …) à propos des clients et pour les clients.

À la performance du département Qualité Client

À des projets transverses et des sujets en lien avec le département Qualité Client

Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous ?

Vous êtes orienté clients et êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à interagir avec les différents niveaux de l’entreprise ainsi que dans un contexte multiculturel et matriciel.

Mais aussi :

Vous êtes titulaire d’un BAC + 5 (MBA, Ingénieur ou Master 2)

Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 5-10 ans en qualité principalement en industrie alimentaire et/ou pharmaceutique.

Bonne connaissance des principes/normes : ICHQ7a , IPEC PQG-GMP Guidelines, ISO 9001 , etc…

Une expérience sur différents postes ou à l’international est un plus.
