La maison Nina Ricci est un symbole de liberté et d’audace depuis sa création en 1932. Depuis 2023, elle est impulsée par la vision élégante et singulière d’Harris Reed, son nouveau directeur créatif. Harris insuffle de nouvelles perspectives aux archives et à l’ADN de la Maison, connue pour être une maison de couture parisienne dont le rayonnement tant en France qu’à l’international sublime toutes les femmes de toutes les générations.
Provide the Executive team with financial insights for decision making. Lead the strategic planning & budgeting processes as well as the internal and external financial reporting & analysis of the company. Oversee the company’s accounting operations (working closely with HQ finance functions), while ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS) and Group policies and principles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Direct and coordinate company financial planning and analysis:
- Manage Strategic planning, annual budgeting and semi-annual forecasting.
- Prepare and report monthly and annual Profit & Loss closings.
- Analyze monthly results against budget. Facilitate course correction where needed.
- Ensure reporting is accurate and timely communicated.
- Collaborate with HQ for organizational cash flow budgeting and forecasting.
- Give support and advice to company’s General Manager and Executive team:
- Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis for decision making for all new projects (stores, new categories, collaborations, etc) and usual operations (collection buys, etc)
- Preparing financial content for top management presentations.
- Setting up & monitoring KPIs to drive financial compliance with targets.
- Reviewing all contracts in coordination with Legal dept and insurance brokers.
- Promote the continuous improvement of Fashion margin and ensure the different business areas are updated and aligned towards target achievement.
- Oversee finance processes and operations, including Accounts Payable/Receivable/Capex/Inventories/Data validation between systems and others as needed.
- Manage internal control framework implementation.
- Manage relationship with external and internal auditors and subsequently recommend procedural improvements.
- +3 year experience required, primarily in Fashion and Consumer Products
- Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills and extensive knowledge of accounting and financial software
