Your main target:

  • Pilot and monitor the entire development process from the joint definition of the project framework through the achievement of targeted objectives, while respecting quality, cost, deadlines and design.

Your mission:

  • Lead and coordinate the development process of from early stage into SMS.
  • Strategically support Merchandise and PLM to define the project framework advising feasibility, highlighting potential challenges and how to approach them.
  • Work with Design and CMF to give our shoes their unique style while creating technical documents to specify all the details.
  • Together with Pattern Makers and Industrialization, technically analyze projects before launching.
  • Be the point of reference for counterparts in Asia, make the collaboration with them healthy and profitable and follow up through daily communication ensuring that tech packs are correctly interpreted.
  • Constantly monitor timing, respect of I2P calendar and accuracy of the prototypes.
  • Follow up with Costing to ensure that defined targets are met.
  • Work with Quality to make sure the respect of Salomon’s standards.
  • In line with company sustainability goals and together with the dedicated team, constantly seek for the most responsible version of our products.

Be a proactive link between the actors involved in the process as well as with other departments promoting communication and alignment.

Votre principal objectif :

  • Piloter et surveiller l’ensemble du processus de développement, depuis la définition conjointe du cadre du projet jusqu’à l’atteinte des objectifs ciblés, tout en respectant la qualité, les coûts, les délais et le design.

Votre mission :

  • Diriger et coordonner le processus de développement depuis les premières étapes jusqu’au SMS.
  • Soutenir stratégiquement le Merchandise et le PLM pour définir le cadre du projet en conseillant sur la faisabilité, en mettant en lumière les défis potentiels et en proposant des approches.
  • Travailler avec le Design et le CMF pour donner à nos chaussures leur style unique tout en créant des documents techniques pour spécifier tous les détails.
  • En collaboration avec les Modélistes et l’Industrialisation, analyser techniquement les projets avant leur lancement.
  • Être le point de référence pour les interlocuteurs en Asie, collaborer de manière saine et rentable avec eux et assurer un suivi par une communication quotidienne pour garantir une interprétation correcte des fiches techniques.
  • Surveiller en permanence le timing, le respect du calendrier I2P et l’exactitude des prototypes.
  • Suivre avec le service des coûts pour garantir l’atteinte des objectifs définis.
  • Travailler avec la Qualité pour assurer le respect des normes de Salomon.
  • En accord avec les objectifs de durabilité de l’entreprise et en collaboration avec l’équipe dédiée, rechercher constamment la version la plus responsable de nos produits.
  • Être un lien proactif entre les acteurs impliqués dans le processus ainsi qu’avec les autres départements, favorisant la communication et l’alignement.

Qualifications

  • Required Experience: 5 years of Project Management and experience as a Product Developer in the shoe industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • IT Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of Plasma can be a plus.
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in English.
    • Fluency in French can be a plus.
  • Specific Skills:
    • Familiarity with Salomon products is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of materials, intellectual property, production techniques, and project management methodologies.
    • Ability to organize and plan, manage finances, ensure confidentiality, innovate or facilitate innovation.

  • Expérience requise : 5 ans de gestion de projets et d’expérience en tant que développeur de produits dans l’industrie de la chaussure.

  • Éducation : Niveau BAC+3.

  • Compétences informatiques :

    • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.

    • La connaissance de Plasma peut être un atout.

  • Langues :
    • Maîtrise de l’anglais.
    • La maîtrise du français peut être un atout.
  • Compétences spécifiques :
    • La familiarité avec les produits Salomon est un avantage.
    • Connaissance des matériaux, de la propriété intellectuelle, des techniques de production et des méthodologies de gestion de projets.
    • Capacité à organiser et planifier, gérer les finances, assurer la confidentialité, innover ou faciliter l’innovation.
