**About us**
We are looking for an Agile Project Manager highly skilled in Scrum and Project Management for our distributed software development teams.
- 3+ years of experience managing small distributed and international development teams of 10+ people.
- Proven track record of successfully releasing software products using an agile process.
- Expert in Scrum and Lean methodologies.
- Ability to have a comprehensive view of the projects to connect ideas and team members.
- Ability to extract the finest technical details from the team to offer guidance.
- Experience with configuring and using project management software (Atlassian, Google Workspace, etc).
- Passion for simple processes and continuous improvements.
- Experience finding and leveraging peak resources (freelancers).
- Fluent English to work with team members in the US and Europe.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Consistently deliver high-quality software products.
- Manage the software development activities in coordination with the Product Owner and your teams.
- Serve your teams to facilitate their organization, communication, and progress.
- Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (daily stand ups, Sprint planning, Sprint demos, Sprint retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc).
- Anticipate team issues and facilitate resolution.
- Keep the task backlog organized in coordination with the Product Owner.
- Provide clear KPIs monthly (burndown, velocity, business value).
- Audit and manage teams' performance and motivation.
**Location**:
- Remote (dedicate workspace required).
- Semi-annual physical meetings in Europe.
**Contract**:
- Self-employed status (travailleur indépendant).
- 40 hours per week expected.
- ADF includes 30 days off (holidays and vacation) and 10 sick days in its compensation calculation.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 48 months
Pay: 20.00€ - 45.00€ per hour
