IS Area Relationship Manager - All Genders

 

 

 

We are looking for an Area Relationship Manager who will work under permanent contract and grow within the IS department and will report to ARM Domain Manager within a team of 9 co-workers.
 

What will be your responsibilities within bioMérieux ?
 

EMEA LATAM Area Relationship Manager team manages relationship with business on bioMerieux manufacturing sites and subsidiaries of EMEA and LATAM region.

In charge of a sites portfolio, ARM is accountable for relationship with local end users and managers. His/her main mission is to support them in their understanding of IS services, their usage and adoption.

· Manage relationship by ensuring alignment of IS and business stakes and strategies at regional scale, and taking into account local needs. A strong relationship with site managers, CFOs and other local managers will make you the main contact for IS issues or questions on your zone.

 

  • Foster usage of IS services by explaining them, their SLAs and associated results, and supporting key users understanding of IS tools
  • Follow the activity of your zone analyzing ticketing trends and launching actions required to speed up solving critical incidents and improve internal or external processes
  • Support projects when needed
  • Participate in the animation of assistants and spocs network, to promote news and major information
  • Identify and foster the rise of business needs using your Portfolio managers network
  • Facilitate exchanges and communication between contacts on sites, IS teams and partners.
  • Support IS economic model explaining it in collaboration with other IS departments, helping users to adjust their consumption and forecast the annual budget.
  • Promote god practices in terms of cybersecurity and alert when risky behaviors are identified

 

This key role allows a better understanding of their needs (run & build), but also by anticipating and taking them into account. Besides it helps their own understanding of IS stakes (projects, enhancements, …).

 

On the other side, ARM works closely with IS Portfolio, Program, Domain, Project and Change managers, bringing the right level of information and enabling access to a regional business network.

Regional portfolio including 1 manufacturing and R&D site and 1 regional cluster. Other sites may be considered depending on the team workload.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Computing engineer or generalist
  • Experience : At least 5 years in health or industry domains
  • Fluent English and French,
  • Ability to easily establish relationships with users, partners and IS services
  • Creative and aptitude for synthesizing information
  • Very good communication and ability to adapt it to different populations of users
  • Proactive, volunteer, ability to innovate and propose solutions
  • Ability to take over complex topics and be a driving force in achieving them
  • Team spirit, adaptability and emotional intelligence are some of the multiple interpersonal skills required for this role
