Field Sales Manager

You will work in the Mobility sales department, reporting to the Mobility Sales Director. Your mission at Le boncoin will be to manage a Field Sales team that markets products for the French automotive sector directly to points of sale (ad distribution, visibility options, local advertising), and to support this team locally.

Your main activities will be as follows:
- Accompanying your sales representatives in the field, analyzing their performance and carrying out coaching actions to help them develop.
- Manage your team on an individual and collective basis, through regular reviews and by organizing regular sales meetings and interviews.
- Achieve team objectives (in terms of sales, number of customers, number of advertisements) by ensuring compliance with the sales strategy defined in advance. 
- Analyze your team's key performance indicators, present them in a weekly report, and use them to define your coaching and management actions.
- Interact regularly with all support departments, and through these exchanges develop the agility to clearly convey upward and downward information with your team.

Qualifications:
- You have proven experience in B-to-B sales, with significant experience in managing a team of Field Sales representatives. 
- Knowledge of and interest in the automotive market and a good knowledge of digital advertising solutions are a plus.

Qualities :

Commercial acumen, ability to listen and master sales and negotiation techniques with experienced contacts.

frequent travel (2 to 3 days of sales support per week).

Ataste for sales and challenges

Ability to synthesize information to ensure quality reporting

Mastery of analysis and office tools (Office; Google Workspace; Salesforce)

Good oratory skills with a sales audience

Sales team facilitation (group and individual)

Knowledge of individual and group coaching methods to boost performance
