Vous évoluez au sein du service commercial Mobility , sous la responsabilité du Directeur commercial Mobility. Votre mission au sein du boncoin consiste à encadrer une équipe commerciale Field Sales qui commercialise, directement auprès des points de vente, les produits destinés au secteur Automobile français (diffusion d'annonces, options de visibilité, publicité locale), mais aussi à accompagner localement cette équipe.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :
- Accompagner sur le terrain vos commerciaux afin d'analyser la performance et de mener les actions de coaching en vue de les développer
- Assurer le management de proximité de votre équipe de manière individuelle et collective au travers de points réguliers en créant, et animant des entretiens et réunions commerciales régulières
- Atteindre les objectifs équipe (en CA, nombre de clients, nombre d'annonces) en veillant au bon respect de la stratégie commerciale préalablement définie.
- Analyser les indicateurs clés de performances de votre équipe, les restituer dans un Reporting hebdomadaire, et les utiliser afin de définir vos actions de coaching et de management.
- Échanger de manière régulière avec l'ensemble des services supports et développer au travers de ces échanges une agilité permettant de véhiculer clairement les informations montantes et descendantes avec votre équipe.

Qualifications :
- Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans la vente en B to B avec une expérience significative de management d'une équipe de commerciaux Field Sales.
- La connaissance et l'intérêt pour le marché automobile ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance des solutions publicitaires digitales sont un plus.

Qualités :

- Sens commercial, capacité d'écoute et maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation avec des interlocuteurs expérimentés.

- Goût pour la vente et les défis

- Capacité à synthétiser l'information pour assurer un reporting de qualité.

- Maîtrise des outils d'analyse et de bureautique (Office ; Google Workspace ; Salesforce)

- Bonne capacité à s'exprimer devant un public de vendeurs

- Facilitation de l'équipe de vente (groupe et individuel)

- Connaissance des méthodes de coaching individuel et collectif pour améliorer les performances
