Marketing Manager – Mission intérim de 7 mois
 
The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. 
To be successful, you have to demonstrate extensive experience in helping organizations grow through a wide range of marketing activities from field to digital to traditional marketing techniques.
 
Your mission:

Developing and driving the overall marketing plan for the market, identifying the channels/activities/programs which will support the achievement of quarterly pipeline and revenue goals
Leading the execution of local marketing activity including digital campaigns and events with other marketing peers and agencies
Serve as the lead representative for Enterprise marketing in the region for senior level partners across Product Marketing, Marketing and Sales
Working with sales teams in the local markets to understand local market and customer needs and translate them into meaningful programs, maximizing our EMEA and global programs
Forecasting, measuring, and analyzing the impact of programs on sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success
Own the budget for your customer segment to execute the campaigns against the plan
Manage all related partner communication and expectations for the assigned business segment
Ensure alignment with the overall region business strategy and plans Western region is going through a period of rapid growth.
Work with both sales and marketing teams, feel comfortable in a matrixed team environment and be able to orchestrate resources both within and outside the team to get things done.

 
Core skills include:

Understanding of the trends and issues facing marketers in the digital age
Knowledge of customers and competitive marketing programs, which is used to develop effective marketing programs and messages
Experience in creating targeted programs and tailored account-based marketing campaigns
Strong ability to understand data insights and take respective actions
Works well with agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and creative marketing execution
You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Manage marketing budget and show project ROI

 
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
10 years of relevant experience in software companies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
French mother tongue
Fluent in English
