Product Marketing Manager H/F/N

Au sein de votre équipe #OneTeam

Vous évoluez au sein de l’équipe Customers & Solutions dédiée à la connaissance du marché et au déploiement des activités marketing associées à nos produits et solutions. Vous serez en charge des lignes de produits DBaaS du portfolio d’offre Cloud Public. Vos segments clients vont des particuliers, TPE, PME aux segments Enterprises, vos audiences sont en général Tech-Saavy. Vous êtes la voix du marché auprès des équipes produits : vous développez la relation avec les équipes Product Managers afin d’enrichir les priorités de roadmap. Vous êtes la voix du produit sur le marché, en collaborant avec les équipes Content, en accompagnant les équipes commerciales à porter votre ligne de produits.

Vos principales responsabilités

Aligner l’organisation autour des activités marketing associées à vos produits. Avec votre homologue Product Manager, vous définissez les priorités de roadmap. Avec les équipes Marketing, Ventes, Support, vous déployez les campagnes associées à vos produits. Supporter le Business en définissant et pilotant les programmes marketing associés à vos produits. Vous êtes garant de l’excellence opérationnelle de la roadmap et du ROI de chacune des activités. Renforcer l’expérience client, plus spécifiquement le pan digital, afin d’optimiser le trafic et la conversion des leads sur nos pages ainsi que la rétention clients dans nos produits Développer une connaissance fine des besoins marché et exigences clients en maintenant une veille concurrentielle continue et en réalisant une analyse exhaustive du business Public Cloud DBaaS

Votre futur impact

Dans 6 mois vous aurez accompli

Une analyse de la Proposition de Valeur de votre produit et vous aurez formalisé des propositions d’améliorations dans tous les canaux dans laquelle elle se décline : outils de Sales Enablement, Pages produits du site web, contenus de campagnes. Une analyse de l’expérience client, de la découverte de nos produits à leur support, en passant par l’expérience d’achat, l’onboarding, pour en comprendre les frictions et améliorations possibles. La ou les premières campagnes marketing associées vos produits : campagne de lancement d’un produit, contribution à des campagnes globales, campagnes d’upsell/cross-sell, de repricing, etc.

Et dans 1 an vous maitriserez

le pilotage du Plan Marketing dans sa globalité associé à votre ligne de produits le ROI de vos actions marketing en mesurant l’impact de chaque campagne ou activité marketing

Compétences requises :

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation BAC de type Ecole/Cycle d’ingénieur ou Ecole de Commerce, vous avez une première expérience réussie en matière de Product Marketing.

Vous posséez une bonne compréhension technique de l'univers du cloud et des outils et solutions le constituant.

Vous savez construire un modèle de pricing à l’abonnement.

Vous êtes autonome, force de proposition et appréciez mener plusieurs chantiers de front.

Votre excellente capacité de communication orale et écrite est clé pour réussir dans ce poste : vous êtes l’ambassadeur de vos produits en interne et auprès des cibles clients.

Vous appréciez de collaborer avec des équipes transverses.

Votre niveau d'anglais est C1.
