Your Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Group Conference and Banquets Manager, you will join our dynamic team and actively participate in the following tasks:
Client Requests Management: Present our Conference & Events offerings and highlight the unique benefits of our hotel. Request Follow-up: Assist in negotiations, propose upselling opportunities, and coordinate operational details. Contract Drafting and Follow-up: Draft contracts and ensure smooth event execution in collaboration with relevant departments. Client Support: Provide personalized tours and attentive follow-up. Billing and Analysis: Review event invoices and conduct competitive analysis on rates and offers. Commercial Development: Contribute to the retention of existing accounts and explore new sales opportunities. RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Student in Hospitality School, Business School, or University, seeking a 6-month internship. Excellent interpersonal and sales skills Organized, methodical, with a proactive and autonomous mindset Fluent in French and a good level in English required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Benefits:
