Lieu : Annecy, France

Salomon, leader mondial dans l’industrie des articles de sport et de plein air, est à la recherche d’un talentueux 3D Design Modeler pour rejoindre son équipe créative dynamique. En tant que 3D Design Modeler, vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler sur des produits innovants et de contribuer à l’évolution de la marque Salomon.

Responsabilités :

  •  Créer des modèles 3D et des échantillons numériques à partir d’une recherche design 2D.
  • Adapter le workflow de modélisation en fonction du niveau de maturité et de difficulté de la demande.
  • Générer des rendus photoréalistes en utilisant différents styles artistiques.
  • Générer des scénarios virtuels.
  • Fournir des modèles précis des éléments qui composent le modèle du produit.
  • Assurer une parfaite gestion des fichiers en fonction de leur destination finale : simulation/optimisation, animation, réalité virtuelle, réalité augmentée, pack design.

Principales missions :

  • Influencer, conseiller & challenger les membres du groupe de projet en démontrant par la visualisation 3D, les éléments nécessaires pour respecter l’intention design, les contraintes de performances et industrielles.
  • Superviser la recherche technologique sur le rendu 3D.
  • Former, contrôler et éduquer les membres de l’équipe design sur la modélisation 3D.
  • Accroître les compétences des partenaires 3D (CAD, modélistes, artistes 3D, …).
  • Animer et coordonner l’exécution du plan d’action lié à la stratégie de transformation digitale.
  • Coordonner sous forme de groupe de travail la validation et la bonne réalisation du produit digital avant les étapes de validation design et développement.

 

Qualifications

  • Expériences requises : 6 à 8 ans d’expérience en modélisation 3D et gestion de projet.
  • Formation : Bac +3 ou Bac +5 en Design numérique / Design digital / Design 3D souhaitée
  • Langues : Anglais courant (écrit et parlé), Français est un plus
  • Compétences spécifiques :
    • Capacité à interagir avec les équipes design, marketing, R&D, industrialisation, CAD et patronage.
  • Bureautique : 
    • Microsoft Office,
    • Outils de modélisation et de rendu (Suite Substance 3D, Blender et Rhinoceros 3D)
    • Connaissances en computational design serait un plus.
