S'engager avec Viveris, c'est l'assurance de relever des défis techniques et humains tout en travaillant sur des projets innovants dans un environnement collaboratif et solidaire.
VIVERIS est à la recherche d'un consultant Project Management Office.
Missions:
- Identifier les activités du projet avec son responsable, sa date d'échéance et ses dépendances ;
- Communiquer les objectifs projets et les facteurs clés de succès ;
- Construire le planning global du projet en le découpant par domaines d'activités et par jalon ;
- Lister les risques projets et suivre leur plan d'atténuation ;
- Rédiger les livrables de partage d'avancement pour les différents comités projet ;
- Organiser les différents comités projet, Participer aux différents comités projet, Définir des indicateurs d'avancement du projet ;
- Suivre la gestion financière du projet ;
- Partager auprès des différents contributeurs le plan projet et collecter leur statut d'avancement.
