Customer Success Manager for Jobs Category

Vous travaillerez au sein du département des ventes de leboncoin dans la division Jobs, sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe du service clientèle.
Vous effectuerez les tâches suivantes :
- Portefeuille de clients
- Onboarding de nouveaux clients grands comptes.
- Accompagnement des clients pendant toute la durée de leur contrat.
- Actions proactives pour assurer la satisfaction des portefeuilles de vos clients (suivi du taux d'utilisation, répartition des erreurs, proposition d'onboarding supplémentaire, etc.)
- Traiter (par téléphone et par e-mail) et suivre les dossiers des clients, de la demande à la réponse, en conservant les enregistrements et en établissant des rapports conformes aux attentes en matière de qualité.
- Résoudre, contrôler et enregistrer les dysfonctionnements signalés.
- Gérer les commandes des clients et les vérifier avant leur mise en ligne :
- Validation des bons de commande conformément aux processus établis.
- Suivi des devis en attente de signature et des éléments permettant une distribution correcte au début du service.
- Contrôles et corrections avant la mise en ligne des produits.
Facturation des clients :
- Envoi des factures clients.
- Contrôles et corrections avant la facturation.
- Suivi des demandes de notes de crédit et de notes de crédit/re-facturation.
