Au sein de l’équipe PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE de la DIRECTION JURIDIQUE, vous apporterez votre support aux membres de l’équipe :
Quelles sont les activités principales ?
Support aux membres de l’équipe Propriété Intellectuelle :
- Rédaction et gestion des contrats et accords relatifs à la Propriété intellectuelle
- Gestion du portefeuille de marques et modèles
- Suivi de dossiers précontentieux et contentieux en matière de Propriété Intellectuelle ; rédaction d’expertises, collecte de preuves d’usage.
- Support aux Formations douanières et demandes de surveillance douanières
Support aux demandes quotidiennes des différents services (notamment marketing et communication)
Que recherchons-nous ?
- Master II en Droit de la Propriété Intellectuelle avec une première expérience en stage
- Bonne organisation & gestion des priorités (respect des timings, rigueur, autonomie, rapidité d’exécution)
- Bon relationnel, sens du travail en équipe & du service, bonne capacité à partager les informations et à favoriser la collaboration
