We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Legal Counsel to join our team at Trainline plc. As a key member of our Legal team, you will provide international legal support, particularly in driving the growth of our consumer proposition in France and Spain. You will also play a crucial role in delivering our strategy to be the go-to platform for international travelers across Europe, especially Americans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide French legal advice on consumer, e-commerce, advertising and marketing, data protection, and intellectual property law.
  • Support the French brand, marketing, communications, SEO, PPC, and product teams.
  • Draft, negotiate, and interpret commercial contracts.
  • Manage Trainline's intellectual property portfolio and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel FR.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a similar role in an international setting.
  • French law qualified.
  • Strong general understanding of consumer law, e-commerce law, advertising and marketing law, data protection law, and commercial contracts.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
