TECHNICIEN.NE AUDIOVISUEL SENIOR

RESUME DU POSTE

Le Technicien audiovisuel senior est responsable de la mise en place et du fonctionnement des systèmes audiovisuels dans un environnement événementiel, tout en assurant la satisfaction totale du client.
Nos techniciens interviennent en multisites ou peuvent être assignés à un site ou un groupe de sites.

RESPONSABILITES CLES

Utilisation et exécution de l'équipement
• Aider à tester, entretenir, préparer et réparer l'équipement avant un événement.
• Assurer une exécution impeccable de l'événement grâce à une installation, un fonctionnement et un dépannage précis et opportuns de l'équipement audiovisuel de base.
• Dépanner les problèmes techniques et résoudre les problèmes rapidement lorsqu'ils se présentent.
• Se conformer à toutes les mesures de sécurité et de søreté de l'entreprise.
• Respecter les règles de santé et de sécurité et porter les EPI appropriés.
• Signaler tous les problèmes de santé et de sécurité au responsable Santé et Sécurité ou au responsable sur site.
• Les techniciens sont parfois amenés à travailler en équipe sur des projets de plus grande envergure.

Service client
• Délivrer un service irréprochable - Dépasser les attentes et les besoins des clients internes et externes.
• Entretenir une relation positive avec tous les clients grâce à une communication efficace.
• Rencontrer les clients sur place pour s'assurer que leurs besoins sont satisfaits et que l'équipement installé fonctionne correctement.
• Surveiller les événements et prendre des nouvelles des clients tout au long de la journée.
• Comprendre et favorisee la relation entre l'hôtel, le site et le client.

Aptitudes techniques
• Comprendre les aspects techniques du travail et démontrer une capacité opérationnelle de base pour dépanner et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'équipement et aux logiciels.
• Gère les problèmes et les changements d'équipement de manière opportune et professionnelle.
Connaissance et utilisation des systèmes
• Faire les bons choix - Comprendre les processus de l'entreprise, suivre les procédures et effectuer la saisie dans les systèmes avec précision.
• Utiliser les fiches d'équipement pour déterminer l'équipement prévu pour les montages et démontages. Interagir avec les autres membres du personnel et les fournisseurs externes pour l'équipement.
• Augmenter les revenus en utilisant des techniques de vente incitative sur le plancher.

COMPETENCES PROFESSIONNELLES

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
• Un an d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle ou de l'hôtellerie est préférable.
• Trois ans d'expérience en audiovisuel ou équivalent dans un environnement éducatif est préférable.
