Within the Group, you will join the Group Investment & ALM department whose role is to drive investment strategy and implementation across the Group. The team works closely with the investment teams of AXA entities as well as investment managers, including AXA IM, to deploy capital across asset classes. Overseeing more than 500 billion in assets under management ("AuM"), Group Investment is organized into four teams (around 65 professionals) under the leadership of the Group Chief Investment Officer.
Description:
Within GIA, you will join the Pisquare team, working with a big data platform to manage investment data across the Group. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop data flows and reports, while interacting with various internal and external teams.
Main Challenge:
- Managing complex investments and staying updated with IT developments.
- Handling multiple stakeholders with potentially misaligned interests.
- Establishing robust processes while remaining adaptable.
- Providing cutting-edge information systems and quality data for investment monitoring.
- Developing new reports and processes based on analysts' needs.
- Contributing to the PI2 Infrastructure evolution and incorporating new functionalities.
- Ensuring up-to-date and reliable documentation.
- Producing monthly reports and ensuring data quality.
- Interacting and supporting other department teams.
- Managing daily data flows from various providers.
Main competencies
- Excellent knowledge of Spark SQL, Microsoft Excel, R/Python programming, and data visualization tools.
- Strong organizational skills, fluent English, and excellent communication skills.
- Background in programming, statistics, actuarial sciences, data science, finance, economics, or investments.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
