CPA Partner, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en finance, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, une start up spécialisée dans les loisirs culturels en forte croissance, un Finance Manager en CDI à Paris. En tant que Finance Manager et en lien direct avec la direction générale, vous occuperez une position stratégique en assurant la gestion administrative et le pilotage financier de la structure. Vous serez responsable de la fiabilité des comptes, du suivi budgétaire, ainsi que de l’optimisation des ressources financières, humaines et administratives. À ce titre, vous contribuerez activement à la performance globale et à la structuration du développement de l’organisation. Vos missions Pilotage financier et budgétaire : Élaboration, suivi et analyse des budgets, prévisions, et indicateurs de performance. Gestion de la trésorerie et des relations bancaires : Suivi des flux financiers et optimisation de la trésorerie. Reporting et outils d’aide à la décision : Production de reportings fiables et mise en place d’outils pour la direction. Supervision comptable, fiscale et réglementaire : Garantie de la conformité légale et fiscale en lien avec les partenaires externes. Suivi administratif, juridique et RH : Gestion des contrats, des ressources humaines et des obligations réglementaires. Soutien au développement et à la recherche de financements : Appui à la structuration financière des projets et à la levée de fonds. Votre profil Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac +5 en école de commerce ou d'ingénieur Vous avez une première expérience sur un poste similaire au sein d'une société en forte croissance et/ou en audit, transaction services ou similaire Vous avez idéalement une appétence pour le domaine de la culture Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
