OpenClassrooms recherche un Brand Manager
- (H/F) en contrat d’apprentissage pour un de nos partenaires dans le secteur du commerce, pour préparer une de ses formations diplômantes reconnues par l’État.

Vos missions en tant que Brand Manager
- (H/F) en alternance :


- Animation des utilisateurs :


- Accompagner l'équipe CRM dans l'analyse et la prise de décisions afin d'améliorer la qualité et la mise à disposition des données.


- Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs concernant la bonne prise en main du CRM Dynamics 365.


- Former les collaborateurs à l'utilisation et aux évolutions du CRM, et développer la culture de la data au sein de la Direction Croissance de Compass Group France


- Recueillir les demandes d'évolutions et problèmes rencontrés de la part des utilisateurs.


- Qualité des données :


- Veiller à la qualité des bases de données et les nettoyer.


- Assurer des opérations périodiques de maintenance et mises à jour.


- S'assurer du respect des procédures mises en place auprès des utilisateurs.


- Gérer les anomalies en relançant les utilisateurs lorsque nécessaire.


- Analyse de données :


- Extraire du CRM les informations demandées par les différents interlocuteurs en interne.


- Développer la connaissance client : fournir des analyses complexes à la demande de la direction.


- Maintenir et développer des outils de reporting et de synthèse des données : mettre en place des dashboards, proposer des KPIs de suivi pertinents et participer à la réalisation de supports pour le comité de direction.



Poste basé à Chatillon (Île-de-France). Travail en hybride.



Rythme d’alternance et présence
En entreprise :


- Du lundi au vendredi


- Périodes de travail de 8 heures


- Repos le week-end


- Travail en journée


En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois


En formation : 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois

Profil recherché

Profil recherché :


- Formation Bac+4/Bac+5 en école de commerce/université avec une spécialisation en data/marketing digital.


- Excel niveau avancé : TCD, formules avancées, graphiques…


- Connaissance du CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot…).


- Connaissances de Power BI appréciées mais pas obligatoire.


- Sensibilité au digital, marketing et développement commercial.
