In a context of a replacement, you will be our newHead of accounting for all Free2move activities

Your next missions :

  • You take on the independent responsibility for the balance sheet accounting of Free2move Group and subsidiaries.

  • Managing accounting of Free2Move headquarters and all subsidiaries, directly or with local accounting firms - Europe + North America

  • Manage Group Audits and Shareholders' report

  • You prepare individual financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis according to IFRS and local GAAP andthe General Reporting

  • You assume responsibility for the chart of accounts.

  • You are responsible for examining contracts regarding IFRS 16 and calculations regarding IFRS 9.

  • You independently manage projects (e.g., SAP optimization, IKS, company set-up, and more).

  • You act as the contact person for "local and IFRS audits" as well as for financial statements.

  • You are the contact person for Stellantis accounting requirements.

  • You manage the local teams (15 persons including 4 direct reports)in the different countries, maintaining coordination with Group’s processes and timelines

  • You run theSAP implementation project

Expected skills:

  • You have completed studies with a focus on Finance/Accounting or have completed a relevant commercial training, ideally with additional qualification as a certified accountant.

  • You have 12 years of professionalexperiences and already work for international compagnies

  • Extensive experience with SAP (S4H is a plus)

  • Proficiency en MS office, Excel

  • You bring relevant professional experience (in balance sheet accounting with closing expertise).

  • You have experience in Audit processes from market leader accounting/ audit firms.

  • You have a solid understanding of HGB and IFRS.

  • You are fluent in both French and English (German is a plus)

  • You have a self-reliant, proactive, and structured way of working, as well as self-motivation, resilience, and a sense of responsibility.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of working with an ERP system (SAP desirable).

  • You have a confident command of MS Office, especially Excel (G-suite a plus)

  • You have relevant experience in managing teams in a multicultural environment
