Contexte, Enjeu:
Les IDDC Produit ont la responsabilité de:
- Permettre le développement rapide du business à travers la réalisation de plans Innovation ambitieux.
- Être le garant de la création d'expériences consommateurs uniques et d'une supériorité indiscutable vs la compétition.
- Permettre et faciliter la réalisation des plans de productivité locaux et européens.
- Être le garant de la qualité et la compétitivité des produits développés au sein de Danone Europe.
- Devenir le champion du "Design To Superior Value".
- Alimenter le portefeuille d'idées d'innovation et de rénovation et coconstruire le portefeuille de productivité avec Toplines, Ops et C&P.
- Gérer les relations avec les Coman pour les développements produits (homologation, développement, implémentation).
Missions et Responsabilités:
- Missions
En étroite collaboration avec le R&I Product Engineer ou Manager Europe, le technicien produit R&I contribue à développer et à industrialiser les produits dans le cadre des projets d'innovation, rénovation, compétitivité dont il a la responsabilité dans les délais et objectifs fixés.
Il peut intervenir en phase Develop et Implement (Inno Pro) pour les projets développés par l'Innovation Design Center dont il dépend ou en phase Implement uniquement pour les projets développés par l'autre Innovation Design Center et industrialisés en France.
Il est en charge de s'assurer de l'excellence organoleptique et de l'exécution technique des produits qu'il développe.
Il dépend hiérarchiquement du R&I Product Engineer Europe ou Manager Europe.
Il est en relation quotidienne avec:
- Le R&I Product Engineer ou Manager Europe de l'Innovation Design & Delivery Center de Palaiseau
- les relais d'implémentation des usines de production, toujours avec le support de son manager
- Autres fonctions : Usine, Qualité, S&C
- Responsabilités
Dans le cadre du développement produit, en lien avec le R&I Product Engineer ou Manager Europe en charge du projet, il a pour responsabilités de:
- Evaluer la faisabilité du brief avec les usines
- Elaborer le produit à l'échelle laboratoire puis pilote
- Industrialiser en coordination avec l'équipe projet en utilisant son expertise des process pour réaliser la mise à l'échelle industrielle et la commercialisation des produits via la réalisation d'essais industriels de validation produit / process. L'industrialisation peut concerner des produits développés dans un autre Innovation Design & Delivery Center. Elle peut aussi se faire en relation avec les POM.
- Assurer la qualité d'exécution en terme de qualité, délai (via les essais pilotes, les essais industriels)
- Assurer les suivis lancement
- Assurer la gestion documentaire en relation avec le département Qualité (fiches techniques, visas food safety, spécifications) et capitalisation (Artemis)
- Maintenir le niveau technologique de l'équipe sur les compétences de l'Innovation Design Center et éventuellement sur la technologie d'un autre Innovation Design Center s'il a la charge de l'implémentation des projets qu'elle concerne, avec l'aide de son manager

Le technicien produit R&I est un support clé à l'ensemble des délivrables de l'équipe grâce son scope de projets, contribue activement à atteindre les objectifs de la Zone en terme de chiffre d'affaires et d'optimisation de coûts.

- Titulaire d'un bac+2 / De formation Agro
- Alimentaire, vous avez à mínima 5 années d'expérience sur un poste similaire
- Vous êtes disponible à partir de dès que possible.
- Vous bénéficiez de bonnes aptitudes en communication / travail en équipe / rigueur
- Vous maîtrisez Excel, SAP, PowerBI (Hardskills)
- L'anglais sera indispensable pour communiquer avec le reste de l'équipe
