Danone France is committed to being a force for good in the world. As a Director of Research and Innovation for Product Platforms in Europe, you will play a key role in driving our company's ambition to create a better world through food.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement European project briefs in collaboration with EU and CBU teams.
- Design and deliver superior product experiences that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
- Manage resources and budgets to deliver agenda in your scope and ensure the quality and competitiveness of products developed within Danone Europe.
- Partner with global Category and Advanced Techno and Science teams to define long-term category and brand techno & science roadmaps.
- Drive EU technical roadmaps for brands in your scope and ensure Global R&I team support.
- Develop and lead your team to achieve excellence in execution and drive priority agenda topics.
- A competitive and scalable compensation package, including a fixed salary, yearly bonus, gain sharing, and Danone share.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry and agri-food engineering domain in R&D function. You should have team management experience, experience in a matrix organization, and strong knowledge of processing units related to dairy, fermented food, or plant-based categories.
You should also have excellent technical expertise, effective cross-functional team leadership, and strong managerial skills. Proactive, open-minded, collaborative, and accountable are the key qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
