**Missions**:
- Répondre aux RFI de nos clients pharmaceutiques.
- Coordonner les propositions commerciales avec les différents membres de l'équipe projet.
- S'assurer que les propositions commerciales suivent les procédures établies (review, signatures )
- Etre le.a garant.e de la robustesse commerciale des propositions.
- Délivrer une proposition structurée basée sur les inputs des équipes, qui servira ensuite de fondation pour les contrats.
- Challenger l'organisation afin de garantir la mise en œuvre de l'organisation projet.
- Garantir les délais de soumission des offres.
- Participer et donner son support pour les présentations des propositions commerciales aux clients.
- Tenir à jour à les fiches de réalisation client et le dossier de compétences de compétences des collaborateurs
Profil recherché
**Profil**:
Vous avez acquis minimum 3 années d ́expérience professionnelle en ingénierie, bureau d'étude ou société de conseil en tant que chargé d'affaires.
Vous maîtrisez sans difficultés l'anglais et le pack office. La connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics 365 est un plus.
Vous êtes dynamique et organisé.e, à l'écoute, facilitateur et une connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique ou de l'ingénierie est un atout.
