Job Title: Business Support Specialist

As a Business Support Specialist at SUEZ, you will collaborate closely with the Agency Director, providing essential support to the team in overseeing commercial initiatives and crafting tailored technical proposals. Your role will also encompass the development of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering trust. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that client requirements are seamlessly integrated into proposals and that service applications maintain the highest quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research: Conducting daily surveillance of forthcoming tender opportunities, summarizing findings, and disseminating information weekly while keeping the internal database updated.
  • Proposal Management: Preparing and customizing technical proposals, ensuring annual updates of application documents.
  • Contributing to Project Proposals and Revisions: Distributing project terms of reference to the team, analyzing consultation regulations, and drafting technical reports in collaboration with project contributors.
  • Market Analysis and Client Engagement: Actively participating in client meetings, organizing appointments, analyzing feedback, maintaining documentation, assisting project managers, and contributing to team development.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing with relevant experience in responding to tenders within the Waste, Water, and/or Sanitation sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet research.
  • Exceptional writing skills, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • A strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
