You will play a crucial part in ensuring that client requirements are seamlessly integrated into proposals and that service applications maintain the highest quality standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Market Research: Conducting daily surveillance of forthcoming tender opportunities, summarizing findings, and disseminating information weekly while keeping the internal database updated.
- Proposal Management: Preparing and customizing technical proposals, ensuring annual updates of application documents.
- Contributing to Project Proposals and Revisions: Distributing project terms of reference to the team, analyzing consultation regulations, and drafting technical reports in collaboration with project contributors.
- Market Analysis and Client Engagement: Actively participating in client meetings, organizing appointments, analyzing feedback, maintaining documentation, assisting project managers, and contributing to team development.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing with relevant experience in responding to tenders within the Waste, Water, and/or Sanitation sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet research.
- Exceptional writing skills, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- A strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
