Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant (internship or apprenticeship) to provide first or second level support.
Under the supervision of our IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Installation and deployment of computers (hardware and software)
- Respond to staff requests for assistance which may include installation, troubleshooting, maintenance of computers, meeting rooms and other peripherals
- Maintain computer peripheral equipment i.e. wireless devices, printers, etc. and ensure they are ready for use and carry out or organize repairs as necessary.
- Keep an inventory of all equipment and manage stock levels
- Create and manage user accounts (Office, software, Local)
Required experience
- Bachelor degree student in SIO or IT
- Available for an internship and an apprenticeship ; or directly an apprenticeship (1 or 2 years)
Required skills and profile
- English and French (professional level)
- Interest in video games
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving abilities.
- Proven ability to multitask and work through changing requirements and priorities.
- Attention to details and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with a large variety of profiles (developers, players' community, artists )

Nous recherchons un(e) Technical Support Assistant, en stage ou alternance, afin de fournir un soutien de niveau 1 et 2.
- Installation et déploiement d'ordinateurs (matériel et logiciel)
- Répondre aux demandes d'assistance du personnel, ce qui peut inclure l'installation, le dépannage, la maintenance d'ordinateurs, salles de réunion et autres périphériques
- Entretenir les équipements périphériques des ordinateurs, c'estàdire les dispositifs sans fil, les imprimantes, etc., et s'assurer qu'ils sont prêts à être utilisés et effectuer ou organiser les réparations nécessaires.
- Tenir un inventaire de tous les équipements et gérer les niveaux de stock.
- Créer et gérer les comptes utilisateurs (Office, Softwar
