Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

MGI Consultants is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing level 1 & 2 support at our sites, handling incidents using the CESAM Ticketing tool, managing IT equipment, deploying workstations, analyzing and resolving incidents, and escalating non-standard requests as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment, including workstations, printers, and other devices
  • Deploy and configure new workstations and software
  • Analyze and resolve technical incidents, following established procedures
  • Evaluate and escalate non-standard requests to senior technical staff

Requirements:

Education: Degree in IT or related field

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills:

  • Proficiency in user support, office tools, messaging environments, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Active listening ability

Personality:

Strong technical skills, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
