About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and Product, to identify and resolve technical issues.
  3. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise explanations of technical information.
  5. Work closely with the Support Team to ensure seamless customer service and high-quality support.
Requirements
  • Experience in technical support, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus.
