We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and Product, to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise explanations of technical information.
- Work closely with the Support Team to ensure seamless customer service and high-quality support.
- Experience in technical support, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus.
